3rd generation of winegrowers on the Saint Julien appellation – having had the incredible opportunity to expand in 2018 with the addition of this beautiful plot of vines in a single piece. We immediately decided to exploit these 20 ares in Cabernet-Sauvignon monovarietal in order to fully extract the full potential of this magnificent terroir surrounded by the largest properties of the appellation.
With Evoke we really want to focus on respecting and enhancing this exceptional micro-terroir, the sensory aspects of tasting, the journey in order to offer a unique experience to each customer.
As a matter of course, we focused on performing as many tasks as possible manually to ensure this precision: from the work in the vineyard, to the manual bottling and waxing of each bottle by hand.
